Tulip Mania

Dear Friends,
Tulip mania was a period during the Dutch Golden Age when the price for tulip bulbs reached extraordinarily high prices, with the major acceleration starting in 1634 and then dramatically collapsing in February 1637.
The majestic parrot tulip is now in full bloom. It’s easy to see how Tulip Mania could have overtaken Holland in the 17th century. These magnificent blossoms fill our lives with ruffles of red, orange, yellow and green exclaiming, “spring is here!” They are with us for only a short time so we must enjoy them in their moment of full bloom. Wishing you all a Happy Spring!
