A Gift of Rest
As our bodies need rest at night so also do we need the snows of January to regain our strength and focus for the upcoming year. The silent stillness that comes on a snowy morning is a moment to be cherished. January offers us an opportunity for reflection and hopeful beginnings.
Dear Lord,
Help us to make January productive by resting our bodies and refreshing our minds with prayers and meditation.
